The present data protection policy governs the access to and use of the services of the websites www.paclab.nl, www.instabox3d.com, and www.instapack3d.com (hereinafter, the “Web Sites”), which Paclab, with a registered office at Hengeloseweg 10, 7251PC, the Netherlands, makes available to the Users interested in the services offered by Paclab.
2. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Paclab complies with the provisions of the relevant Dutch laws on the Protection of Personal Data and declares that the personal data required of Users will be strictly necessary. Such data will be those you provide or those that may be collected on the websites owned by Paclab, through contact forms or by any other means. All fields of data collection forms must be completed (unless otherwise indicated), so that the omission of any of them will mean that we cannot attend to your request or provide the services. Paclab may use your personal data to send you Newsletters and commercial and promotional communications in connection with Paclab’s services by letter, telephone, email, SMS/MMS, or other equivalent electronic communication means, as provided by relevant Dutch laws on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and Telecommunications. Likewise, in the event that the data owner is a designer, brand, or any other user interested in a design, we inform you that Paclab may transfer its personal data to the suppliers and/or manufacturers registered on the Web Sites with the purpose of acting as an intermediary (i) for the contracting of services in which designers, brands, or other users are interested, as well as (ii) for allowing these suppliers and/or manufacturers to send commercial and promotional communications related to its services by letter, telephone, email, SMS / MMS, or other equivalent electronic means of communication.
3. ACCEPTANCE OF PACLAB PRIVACY POLICY
The User expressly accepts this Privacy Policy and expressly consents to the automated processing of the personal data provided by Paclab. We hereby inform you that you may oppose at any time, in each commercial or advertising communication that is sent, to the processing of your data for the referred purposes, and request more information regarding the processing and assignment of your personal data, by sending an email to support@paclab.nl or by letter addressed to Hengeloseweg 10, 7251PC, the Netherlands.
4. RIGHT OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION
We inform you that you may send your communications and exercise, free of charge and at any time, your Rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition at support@paclab.nl or by ordinary mail addressed to Paclab Solutions B.V. – Ref. Data Protection – Hengeloseweg 10, 7251PC, the Netherlands. To exercise said rights you must provide Paclab the following information:
- Name and surname; photocopy of your national identity document, passport, or other valid document that identifies you.
- Right exercised.
- Address for notifications purposes, date, and signature.
- Documents supporting the request.
5. VERACITY AND QUALITY OF THE DATA PROVIDED
The User guarantees the veracity of the personal data provided and shall communicate to Paclab any modifications in said data. The User, in any event, shall be liable for the veracity of the data provided. We recommend that Data Protection should be managed with the utmost diligence by using security tools to guarantee the same. In no event may Paclab be held responsible for any theft, amendment, or loss of unlawful data.
6. SECURITY MEASURES
Paclab maintains the levels of personal data protection security set forth by relevant Dutch laws and has established all technical means at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, non-authorized access to and theft of the data provided by the User through its Web Sites, without prejudice to informing you that security measures on the Internet are not impregnable. Paclab agrees to comply with its secrecy and confidentiality duty as regards the personal data included in the automated file in accordance with applicable law and to deal with said data in a secure manner whenever assigned to third parties, if applicable.
7. AMENDMENTS
Paclab reserves the right to revise its Privacy Policy at any time. Any change will be posted on the Web Sites and will be notified to all Users. However, we request you to check regularly this Privacy Policy in order to read the most recent version.
8. INFORMED CONSENT
The User hereby declares that he or she has been informed of the terms and conditions applicable to the protection of personal data and accepts the automated processing thereof by Paclab, in the form and for the purposes stated in the present Privacy Policy.
